FAQ's
What are the add-in options?
You can add in a selection of your own quotes for £200 - interspursed through your journal.
Choose more than one design (same interior format, different size if you wish) for £175.
Publish to Amazon as a paperback version £150.
Journey journals start from £2,500 and require a design call first.
How long do I have access?
Once I've created your platform account and uploaded your journal/s the account is yours for as long as you wish.
Will my files be printable?
No, this service is for physical products only. There is no pdf alternative.
What if I don't like what you do?
Included is a revision process of both the interior pages and exterior covers. The final versions are sent to you to approve. There is also one revision after you have received your proof copy.
Do I get a proof copy?
YES! When I've completed setting up your account and you've added your information, the journal is uploaded you can order your proof copy. These will range approx. from £8-£20 and are paid directly to the platform.
Will I get access to support?
Yes. You can ask me questions M-F during office hours throughout our time together and for up to 30 days after.
Will there be a Facebook group?
No, but you are invited to join my in FREE journaling group, just search FB for @The Art and Soul of Journaling. Don't forget to fill out the joining questions so I know how to support you.
How much time will it take?
Well, that depends on quickly we communicate throughout the process and how long my 'work in progress' list is before you join it.
How do I connect with you?
We can communicate via whichever means is easiest for you - email or various chat options. My aim is for Zoom Zero, but obviously that doesn't work all the time :-)
How do I get my royalities?
Royalities are paid via PayPal at the end of the following month that your sales occured (subject to min payout of £5).
Amazon royalties are paid directly into your bank.
